AAAAAAACCCHHHHHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Sorry about that. My allergies have been acting up very badly the past couple of weeks. I hate taking allergy meds like Benadryl, etc... These meds make me either comatose or jittery which is worse [than the actual condition] sometimes. I'm recording guitar-parts for Dream Secret's long over-due CD. I took a bit of time & analyzed my guitar playing. This usually leads me in new directions - in that I'll seek out inspiration - conciously or unconciously. For example, if I'm a bit jaded with my blues-playing I'll go & listen to Clapton or any of the great blues-player's records. Maybe I'll feel that my chord-work may need some new life breathed into it. When that occurs I'll listen to old jazz standards for the chord changes. Beatle's songs too! I'm always finding new little things in Beatle's songs that I overlooked before. Sometimes just hanging out with older, wiser musicians helps me as well. Even if it's just conversations about arrangments, rythmns, etc... I'm tuning in to the Universe also. There's quite a few undiscovered 'bits' of music riding the ripples of time & space. I am receptive....

Good to hear you are seeking and searching for new muscial inspiration, Ed! You can always learn from those brilliant old masters, can't you?

But, sorry about the hay fever...really! I have it a little but not too badly..just the sneezes and the blocked up nose at night, but it's not so bad I need medication. I do feel so sorry for bad sufferers though.

Thanks for the kindly comment on my blog, too. I did so laugh at your stories of vibrating pads and wires. It made my day! Actually, my droopy chin is not as bad as I make it out to be, but in the interests of a good story you know...;-)
